Regain your name Google cyberbullying and Reputation Management bundle

I just purchased and watched a video / ebook on how to make complaints to google to get the material published by a cyber stalker removed.   I have been doing most the things covered in the book already but they did have a few insights such as not using the picture is of me option when making a DMCA complaint.  I have been using this and despite adding explanations that a picture was taken with my own camera at my request i get an automated message from google saying they have decided not to do anything at this time.

The thing i have come to understand is that Google and others are all about doing the minimum they a compelled to do by law so if they can use any loop hole to avoid doing anything they will.  I will now try some experiments with using the "picture of me" with an affidavit attachment and also not claiming its a picture of me.

I was disappointed with the bundle in general as its entirely screen tutorials on how to make complaints through Googles complaint application.  No information included at all.

I have been thinking about writing my own guide book on dealing with cyber bullies and cyber stalkers  and am more convinced than ever that I should.

The ebook is just a copy of the video.  Its all about making complaints for removal so I don't know why they include "Reputation Management" as its not covered other than the fact that removing negative material will help with your online reputation.  They seem to sell only two products. There is another one of Facebook which I assume is very similar.   The main thing they sell is their own services. They will do all the work for you if you do not want to struggle with it yourself.

In the absence of anything better this package is still very helpful to someone who is the victim of a cyber stalker.

This is the description of the package I purchased:

Included in the 9 Video and eBook anti Google cyberbullying and Reputation Management bundle:

  1. How and where to sign up to Google to remove material effectively.
  2. How to remove out of date search results.
  3. How to complain about and remove defamation and other illegal material.
  4. How to complain about and remove adult material featuring your name or the name of your business.
  5. How to make an effective copyright (DMCA) complaint for stolen text or photographs, and get that page removed from Google search results.
  6. How to remove confidential information from Google search results.

Complaints Process on different platforms

The complaints process seems to vary widely from platform to platform.

I have gained experience in making complaints while working with a group to remove the known cyber stalker Evan Iliadis.   For more than five years he has been publishing pages of lies made up in his sick perverted little mind.  He has published them wherever he could taking advantage of free social media and blogging platform he could find.

So far we have had success removing some of has material from all platforms but some are far less responsive than others.

Wordpress are the most responsive when it comes to abuse complaints. Evan is totally gone from wordpress.  He did try to sneak back using a fake name recently but Wordpress quickly removed the new blog.

blog.com  are slow to respond but we have had success.  There are still some blogs/material that needs to be removed but none of it is very visible on the internet anyway.

blogger/blogspot  have been one of the hardest nuts to crack.  Evan probably had more than a dozen blogs and most of these are now gone.  All that really remains is his sexpatswallofshame blog which he duplicated over multiple countries.  I recently complained about the Australian version and this has now been taken down and a notice made on chilling effects.  This notice will now facilitate getting the rest taken down.

Facebook were not as responsive as I thought they would be which is surprising after reading the bad press they are getting over fake profiles which has also seen their stocks drop like lead.  Finally they responded and removed a fake profile of myself.  Evan came back a week later with another fake account which this time Facebook promptly removed.

Topix is another responsive platform.  I complained about a fake profile of myself being used for a thread about another of his victims.  I guess he thought it was amusing to have "me" writing rubbish about another of his victims that I knew. They removed it.  That is the only complaint I have made so far at Topix but soon we will turn our attention to that platform.  I have already created an account there in preperation.

Godaddy for is domain based blogs have been very responsive.  One of his victims lodged a copyright complaint and Godaddy removed the site.  Evan has now appealed that removal but does not realize that in doing so he has now given us very solid legal grounds to go after him.  We do need to quickly file a case against him and an attorny in the Philippines is doing that this week.  We will then go after all this domains including his very first site vap-ripoff.

Blogger Response To Abuse Complaints

I have been working with a group of people to get the malicious material of known Cyber Stalker Evan Iliadis removed from various networks.

We have had success with all networks but some a more responsive to others.  Unfortunately Blogger are among the least responsive.  They seem to employ people of questionable intelligence and reasoning power to process the complaints and there seems to be a standing order to decline to take action even when the complaint is totally legitimate.

For example I have complained about fake profiles of myself using my name and my photograph and three times the complaint has come back that I should try to resolve this direclty with the blogger.

The "blogger" has broken their own TOS by created fake accounts but Blogger do not seem interested in cleaning up its network and protecting the rights of others.  I have complained on the grounds of impersonation and copyright and both have been met with automated responses that they have decided not to take action at this time.

Here are a couple of examples:

http://evaniliadisfakeprofiles.blogspot.com/2012/08/fake-profile-in-my-name-3.html

I will continue to complain while i prepare legal action with will include a cease and desist order directed at both Evan Iliadis and Blogger

Is ignoring Cyber Stalkers always the best course of action?

I used to believe so but now I know that it depends on the circumstances.  Certainly it true for Troll in the initial stages when they are trying to bait you but once a sociopathic cyberstalker has you in their sights they are like bull dog unable to release you from the jaws.

In such cases you may need to fight fire with fire.  This does not mean stalking them back but one thing I have learned is they hate to be exposed for what they really are.

I have been engaging the known cyber stalker Evan Iliadis for the past couple of months after trying to ignore him for almost five years and with the help of a group of his other victims we are winning.

I can see that learning how to make complaints the correct way would be a stumbling block to many wanting to complain about malicious and false material posted about them on the Internet.

This past two months will not be wasted.  The stuff I am learning will be used in my internetSOS service to help others combat Cyber stalkers.

Reporting Impersonation and fake sites

A common technique of Cyber Stalkers is setting up fake and impersonation sites.

This is also one easiest things to report.  I have been reporting the fakes sites of my internet stalker Evan Iliadis and so far about 50% of them have been removed.  While this is a win I actually feel that 100% should have been removed and will continue fighting for that.

In the future my cyber stalker might work out how to avoid getting sites removed by avoiding direct impersonation but now we have documented evidence that demonstrates real harassment way beyond any claim to believe he is engaged in publishing information in the public interest.  In fact his blogs contain so much trivial and personal attacks totally unrelated to the stated purpose of his blog that he already did not have a legal foot to stand on.

The fake network of sites are like nails in his coffin.  Evan Iliadis is finished but he does not yet realise it.    But there are signs he is getting scared.  More on that later

See the list i have compiled of his fake and impersonation sites.

Evan Iliadis Fake Impersonation Sites

I have added a note at the bottom to each site / profile that has already been removed

The Positive Side For Me To Being A Cyber Stalking Victim

As strange as it will sound I have found a positive side to being Cyber stalked and having the most disgusting lies made about me.  Before this happened I valued my good name and reputation.  Not a single blemish or aspersion had been cast upon my name.

When the stalking started I was horrified and challenged his allegations but nothing I did could satisfy or appease my stalker.  What I did not realize at the time that the allegations demanding a response or answers were not serious. He would never be satisfied because it was all a game to him.

I eventually just ignored him completely.  Those that knew me knew that 99% of what he said about me was not true.  I also realized that in reality no one else really cared.  We are all too busy with our real lives.  I just got on with mine.

My stalker continued with his life also which was stalking.  He found new victims and over five years has probably targeted in excess of fifty people.  That is just a guess because I never bother reading many blogs.  He probably has around fifty blogs using the free Google blogger network but not all in his name, he uses many fake names.

After five years I am immune to his blogs.  I can view them and laugh at them. I know any intelligent person looking at them will see them for what they are, the ranting and raving of a nut case.

What he has printed about me is incredible. They are amazing and disgusting allegations that defy belief. I guess his writing does appeal to those of low intelligence that love gossip and dirt. Ultimately they are reflection of my stalker himself.

For me this has been a liberating experience.  I have learnt not to care too much about what others think about me.  As I said those that know me already know how false his allegations all are.  Others that view them should be able to work out what he is about just by reading his blog and if they can’t they are not the type of people I care about anyway.

Ironically I have embarked on producing an online resource for Internet safety and privacy called internetSOS and cover Cyber Stalking and harassment.  Having first hand experience means that I am able to provide excellent information on the topic.

Evan Iliadis - Five Years Of Stalking

There is a pathetic little old man living in France that has been stalking people he has never met for more than five years. He was living in the Philippines and a member of a Rotary Club but was kicked out for stealing funds and then created a hate site accusing those that kicked him out of being corrupt. He enjoyed his new hobby of cyber stalking so much he expanded it to people he had never met.  I was actually his first real victim - the first person he has never met.  He chose me because I was a President of a Rotary club in the Philippines and was engaged in a personal dispute with another expat that I found was abusing young girls.  He sided with the criminal against me and produced a lot of false accusations against me. Since me there have been dozens and dozens of other victims in the Philippines.  He expanded his operations to the entire expat community and pretends he is on a moral crusade but the most of the people he attacks are good respectable people.  Their mistake is to respond to his trolling and with my good friend Perry Gamsby simply coming to my defense. It's time to get this sicko off the internet.

Cyber Stalking Alert Site

Some months back i was contact by Elizabeth Clarke who was the victim of a cyber stalker.  She have been harassed by a guy for over three years and was very distressed.  It seemed there was no one interested in helping her.  She had been to the police but they said she should see a lawyer to sue for defamation but the lawyer said he could not proceed without a name and recommended hiring a private detective.  I saw some of the posts on a forum and personal emails this sicko had sent her.   I was able to get his IP from email headers and also setup an online trap to capture even more information.  I soon knew where he was and with the additional information I discovered had a foot print for his online activity that lead me to other victims.  I was able to pass with information on to Elizabeth who got in contact with some of the other victims and finally was able to find out exactly who this cyber stalker was. The good news is that they were able to bring charges against this sicko and put a stop to his cyber stalking.

Elizabeth kept asking how she could help me with my cyber stalker and i could not think of anything she could do and did not want her to get involved.  My cyber stalker will attack anyone that comes to the defence of any of his victims and I thought the last thing Elizabeth needs is another cyber stalker attacking her.  Elizabeth kept taking about wanting to make a site to warn people about online stalking and help others and seemed to extremely confident that she could deal with just about anything that came up.  I finally gave in and agreed to help her setup a website and Cyber Stalker Help was the result. She has done a great job of creating the site and deserves as much support and we can give her.  Please drop by her site and show your support by liking it on Facebook or google plus and maybe making a twit about it to your friends

Internet Stalker Use Blogger To Peddle Hate and Lies

Hi,  I am Chris Bennetts and I started this blog because I am a victim of an Internet Stalker.  A person I have never met and does not really know anything about me.  I am here on blogger because this is where he has built up a network of blogs attacking dozens of people.

The response from blogger has been to deny any complaints lodged including copyright saying we need to work it out with the other party. How can you do this when the person is sick sociapath?

It seems blogger will not take any action without a court order.  They force people to take this time consuming and expensive step because they are unwilling to allocate resources to this problem.  Its just too hard for them I guess and they have chosen the easy way out.

Blogger is a great service and we want to see it improve.  We hope that we can influence their policy on this and get some action on this extremely abusive sicko.  More soon...
